Can I Purchase Sold Out Items?
We strive to provide the best for our customers. If you are really interested in sold out items, please contact us. Our Customer Service will do further checks regarding the desired item.
Can Riamiranda ship items to multiple addresses?
We can help send items to the different address that you have registered with your account. However, you need to make several orders in a different Transaction ID if you intend to ship items at different addresses.
Does Riamiranda have an offline store?
Riamiranda is available offline in 36 branches spread throughout Indonesia. You can see the location of the nearest branch by clicking Store Locators.
When we can accept items that we ordered?
The duration of product delivery services depends on the rules that apply from the shipping service used by Riamiranda. If the customer wants to get their product early, make sure to choose faster delivery services before finalizing your order, such as one-day service.
How much should you pay for delivery cost?
You will automatically know the shipping cost after you registered your address. Please, do Check Out process to find out more about shipping costs.
What size should you choose?
Be sure to know the size of the clothes you usually use. If you already have the size preference that you normally use, you just need to match the size with the size our product that can be seen in the product description section.
