• Return and Exchange are only acceptable if the mistakes were made by RiaMiranda party.
• Customers should return products in appropriate condition (hang tag still attached, unused, invoice and secure wrapped) any suspicious damage will be charged to customers.
• The cost of shipment during this process are subjected to customers.
• The online shopping product can only be exchange by the same product, if the product is not available or out of stock, we will help you to change your product with shopping voucher as the value of the product.
• The shopping voucher will be sent to you at least 3x24 hours during working days, through email web@riamiranda.com
