DOMESTIC DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will be packed and shipped 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be checked and shipped on Monday. We use the JNE, Lion Parcel & DHL to deliver your package with an estimate of 1-2 working days.

Orders received after 15.00 will be processed on the next working day

Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, remote areas, and weight/dimensions of your package, shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system during the check out process, a tracking code will be provided and shared with you via email after delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Currently we offer official international shipment shipping service is available in all destination countries Your order will be sent via DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page when the destination country is selected, depending on size and weight.

Tracking is available for standard shipping on https://www.dhl.com/id-en/home/tracking.html. You will receive a delivery confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your package so you can follow its journey.

Once your order arrives in your country, it will be forwarded to the internal postal service, according to standard shipping procedures.

Our carriers deliver during normal business hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we recommend that your order be sent to an address where someone can receive it.

If you are not inside when your package arrives, our carrier will rearrange delivery.

Please note that on national holidays in your country, delivery will not be made. In this case, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

Customs Policy:

Payment of import duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. This fee is not included in the total cost at checkout. These fees are determined by customs agencies in the destination country and are beyond our control. We cannot estimate these costs as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is to contact your local operator/customs office.
